Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cells Technologies

According to the public relations and information center of the presidency vice presidency for science and technology affairs, the first national festival and congress on sciences and technologies of stem cells and regenerative medicine was held in today’s mooring with presence of Soorena Sattari- the presidency vice president for science and technology affairs, Ali Asghar Fani- minister of education and Mohammad Farhadi- minister of science, research and technology at the Rayzan international conference center in Tehran.

This event set up by the efforts of the presidency vice presidency for science and technology affairs started its educating and workshop programs last Thursday and Friday, May 19^th and 20^th and today its elected ones in different sections were introduced.

This event has gathered the biggest community of activists in stem cells of the country during 3 days of holding and educating workshops were held in different points of Tehran in Iranian Blood Transfusion organization, Royan organization, academic and non-academic hospitals in which over than 170 researchers and students has signed up in the programs of this workshops.

Moreover, an exhibition of achievements of researching institutes and companies in the field of stem cells and regenerative medicine was set up in the margin of this event that attracted enthusiasts and activists of this field.

First national festival and congress on sciences and technologies of stem cells and regenerative medicine was held from May 19^th to 21^st by the efforts of the stem cells sciences and technologies development headquarter and the knowledge-based science, technology and economy culture development headquarter of vice presidency for science affairs at the Rayzan international conference center in Tehran.
