Holding of the first Olympiad of stem cell and regenerative medicine
First Olympiad of stem cell and regenerative medicine has been hold with support and proposal of the council for development of stem cell sciences and technologies and with collaboration with national center for nurture of young talents and researchers of ministry of education with the following goals in mind:
- Promotion of new technologies related to stem cell and regenerative medicine
- Forming of healthy competition among students interested in stem cell and regenerative medicine field
- Identification and guidance of talents in this field
- Help to empower young scholars and talents
- Creating a foundation for holding international Olympiad of stem cell and regenerative medicine
This Olympiad held with presence of nearly 4000 students across the country in 3 levels. Just like scientific Olympiad tests the first level holds at country level and the second level will be in provinces. Also selected students will enter into third rounds after passing predicted educational courses.
Second level of this Olympiad will be hold in the spring.
