With the Aim of Analyzing Cellular Parameters Concurrently and Rapidly, the Flow Cytometry Workshop with Applied Evaluation in Stem Cells to Be Held According to the public relations and information center of the presidency vice presidency for science and technology affairs, Flow Cytometry is a technique for counting and analyzing different characteristics of particles (including cells) using the flow cytometer device. By this technique not only several cellular parameters can be analyzed simultaneously and rapidly but also cellular different populations in a heterogeneous mixture can be sorted and collected lively with high efficiency. Flow Cytometry is based on characteristics of light fragmentation by particles, excitation by a light with particular wave length and Fluorescence emission. In this technique, particles or cells being tested pass against a narrow beam of light so that the information on size and different characteristics of each cell is prepared with high velocity and precision. Based on this report, the flow cytometry and its application in stem cells workshop will be held on October 24th and 25th, 201 at the Baqiyatallah University of Medical Sciences b the stem cells sciences and technologies development headquarter’s support. |
