According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, pointed out the scientific activities performed in Iran and the importance of this type of activities to people during his speech on the science meeting of South Africa, expressing: we hope to share the scientific achievements of Iran and Africa with each other.
He continued: Iran has had many technological achievements and products in various scientific fields, including nano, bio, stem cells, biotechnology and information technology.
Sattari also marked: in the past few days, we presented these achievements to various centers in South Africa and we hope to have a joint cooperation with Africa in this regard.
The Era of Sanctions Is Over
Emphasizing the end of the sanction era and ability of technological ideas to create the markets, Sattari mentioned: currently, several knowledge-based companies and startups are active in Iran and have been able to produce various services.
The science meeting of South Africa is the most important scientific event of Africa. This year, one of the special speeches of the event was presented by the vice president for science and technology affairs. In addition, more than three thousand technological achievements with the approach of facilitating the life of human beings were presented.
According to this report, Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs traveled to two cities of Pretoria and Johannesburg, South Africa, as the head of a technological and business delegation consisting of 46 managers of financial organizations and active knowledge-based companies in the field of information and communication technology, health and biotechnology, mine and relevant industries, industrial equipment and machinery, electricity and electronics.
During this travel, that was made with the goal of developing the export of knowledge-based companies and expanding international businesses, Iranian knowledge-based companies met and negotiated with their African counterparts at the location of the chamber of commerce of Africa in Johannesburg. Today is the last day of this travel to South Africa.
