The Vice President of Science and Technology, in a congratulatory message on the beginning of 1398, emphasized: "Technology and Innovation Ecosystem" is a bud for scenting the time of Iran and Iranians. The ecosystem brings life to all our regions and is full of pure achievements.

According to the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology Information Center, Dr. Sourena Sattari, Vice-President of Science and Technology and Chairman of National Elites foundation, on the beginning of 1398, congratulates Nowruz to the people of Islamic Iran in the following message:

"Nowruz light is lit. Earth is alive and time is fresh. The world has been struggling for another beginning. Another time has come to the universe, and everything is green.

There are some rituals to innovate and to refresh. The mirror of the world is human, the maker of the world.The more we innovate, the world will be modern.

The secret of our times has been revealed today; to innovate, ever-lasting, for good. That is how the way of Nowruz will be in our hearts and minds of men and will bring flowers and sweet fruits for us.

Now, it"s a time of new sight for innovation. Innovation is our password to pass from a bad mood to a good mood — the key to going through sanctions and crises.
