Virtual meeting of the Secretary General with ambassadors based in African countries
According to the report of Public Relations and International Affairs of Council for Development of Stem Cell Science and Technologies, a virtual meeting was held with the presence of Dr. Sabouri, Director General of Resistance Economy Diplomacy, Dr. Kiani, Head of the Technology Facilitation and Economy Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Hamidieh, Secretary and Dr. Baghaei Director of Public Relations and International Staff with ambassadors based inAfrican countries on 27 May 2022 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In this meeting, a report on the state of cell technology and regenerative medicine, as well as the actions performed by the headquarters were presented.
In this virtual meeting, the ambassadors, while expressing their satisfaction with the holding of this meeting, pointed to the capacities and medical needs of the countries of their mission and explained the existing obstacles and challenges.
At the end of the meeting, the members of the meeting discussed and exchanged views on the issues raised.
