Secretory of council visits Comprehensive Center of Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences
According to the report of Public Relations and International Affairs of Council for Development of Stem Cell Sciences and Technologies, the Director of the stem cell science and technology development council of the Presidential Vice President for Science and Technology arrived in Tabriz on the morning of Thursday, August 13, 2022, with the welcome of the vice president of research and technology and the directors of the University of Medical Sciences.
During a one-day trip to Tabriz, Dr. Hamidieh, Director of the council, along with Dr. Kehtari, a member of the Faculty of Tehran University, visited the Comprehensive Stem Cell Center. During this visit, the head of the Comprehensive Center, in a meeting attended by the officials of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences and also the head of Shahid Madani Heart Hospital, gave a presentation on the center's formation process and existing challenges. In this report, the products that the researchers had achieved during this period were also introduced. In the end, Dr. Hamidieh, while criticizing the structure and operation of the center, recommended that the different parts of the center and their arrangement should be designed in a centralized manner and according to the needs of the researchers.
