Holding the first stage of the seventh student’s Olympiad of stem cell and regenerative medicine
According Public Relations and International Affairs of the council for Development of Stem Cell Sciences and Technologies, the first stage of the 7th Student’s Stem Cell and regenerative Medicine Olympiad for the 2022-2021 academic year will be held simultaneously throughout the country on Tuesday.
Head of the Scientific Committee of Olympiad, said on the sidelines of visiting the examination areas of Tehran's 11th district: "We are trying to develop stem cell and regenerative medicine sciences at the student level in the country to minimize the age of researchers in this field so that in the future we can benefit from the work of young people interested in this field in applying this science in the clinic to treat patients." Dr. Soltaninejad
He also added: "This Olympiad, as in previous years, is held in three stages in a centralized manner, so that the first stage exam is held at the level of designated administrative areas throughout the country and the second stage exam is held in the provincial center. They move on to the third stage or summer school.”
It is worth mentioning that this scientific event was held in the country in compliance with all health protocols due to the coronavirus pandemic.
