Dr. Hamidieh visits the research and clinical centers of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences
According to the report of Public Relations and International Affairs of Council for Development of Stem Cell Science and Technologies, in the presence of Dr. Hamidieh, Secretary, Dr. Ghaznavi, Head of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences, Dr. Ghasem Miri Aliabadi, Vice Chancellor of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences and a group of faculty members Zahedan Medicine visited the Research Institute of the University Research Centers Complex, Infertility Treatment Center of Ali Ibn Abitaleb Hospital and Zahedan Health Promotion Research Center on May 12, 2022.

Dr. Alireza Ansari Moghaddam, head of the Health Promotion Research Center of Zahedan University of Medical Sciences, said on the sidelines of the visit of the Secretary of the Stem Cell Council: According to the results of the Zahedan cohort study, the prevalence of diabetes is equal to 13% and more than 17% are in the pre-diabetes stage, this rate is higher than the global average, more than 66% of the study population also are overweight or obese, which is higher than the world average, and our situation with high blood pressure is not good.
