Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cells Technologies

Some of the prominent international professors in the field of stem cells will travel to Iran to participate in the second national festival and international congress of stem cells and regenerative medicine.

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs, some of the prominent international professors have been invited to participate in the national festival and international congress of stem cells sciences and regenerative medicine, which will be held with the support of the council for stem cell science and technologies. In total, there will be 26 foreign and 30 non-resident Iranian professors will participate in the event, all of whom are distinguished professors of this field. 

These professors will come from different science centers around the world, including the continents of Europe, Far East, America and countries of America, Portugal, Ireland, England, France, Germany, China, Korea, Malaysia, Austria and Netherland.

Given the fact that stem cells and regenerative medicine is an interdisciplinary subject, several types of expertise should be brought together so that transplantable tissues could be created. Therefore, scientists from different fields of study will have a speech in the second national festival and international congress of stem cells and regenerative medicine.

In addition to the lecturers, scientists from other countries, such as Russia, Pakistan, Iraq, India, Malaysia and Jordan, whose articles have been accepted for the event, will participate as well. In addition, some of the registered participants are from the neighboring countries.

 Regard to holding the second round of this festival, we tried to keep our relationship with foreign guests and non-resident Iranians. In this regard, joint projects have been presented, and some laboratories have been communicated with sending PhD candidates.

In addition to visiting different science centers of Iran, other programs planned for these guests include joint meetings, so that foreign and Iranian researchers are more familiarized with each other’s work.

 The second national and international congress of stem cells and regenerative medicine will be held July 13^th-15^th, 2017 at Iran international conference center with the support of council of stem cells science and technologies of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs.
