Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cells Technologies

According to the public relations and information center of the Vice-Presidency for science and technology affairs,Sorena Sattari, the vice president for science and technology affairs, visited Kerman University of Medical Sciences to put the support of the formation and establishment of the first clean room in this university of the agenda of the Vice-Presidency. In addition, a contract was concluded to support the comprehensive reconstructive medicine center in Kerman Province.

The comprehensive stem cells center has initiated activities in the area of stem cells since five years ago.

In a part of this trip to Kerman, Sattari met with knowledge-based and technological activists and learned about their concerns and needs in their businesses to provide the foundation for flourishing of production of technological and knowledge-based products. 

Sorena Sattari started his trip to Kerman by learning about the abilities of knowledge-based companies and technological units based in Khazra Industrial Park.

The knowledge-based companies based in Khazra Industrial Park of Kerman showed their abilities to the vice president and expressed their needs in their field. These companies present knowledge-based products to domestic and international markets in areas of electronics, polymer industries and agriculture.

Sattari first went to Vijegan Co. and learned about their abilities in the field of production of polymer components and polyethylene pipes. This company has recruited 115 experts of the country and has been able to improve the production of knowledge-based products through the domestication of technical knowledge.

In addition, the vice president for science and technology affairs visited Lavan Tablo Co. and their products in the field of design and production of different types of low and high-pressure boards. In addition to the supply of a part of the needs of electrical industry in the country, this company is active in the field of export. With 110 workforce, this company exports its products today and has entered the revenue generation phase. In addition, Sattari visited Gasht Gostan Boutia Sabz Co. of Kerman, which is active in the field of manufacture of light agricultural implements.

The vice president for science and technology affairs heard the problems of knowledge-based companies and pointed out the special attention and following up of their problems to immediately meet their needs in the direction of production of these businesses.

Flourishing of Technological Products in the Field of Health with the Support of Growth Center of University

Talking with the technology activists based in technological units of Kerman University of Medical Sciences was another part of this trip to Kerman. In this center, technology and innovation activists are active in fields of production of cellular and medical products, pesticides, treatment and repair of wound and burn, software system of increase of the level of performance and technology of mines of products and services to be presented to the market.

In addition to this visit, the vice president for science and technology affairs considered the support of establishing a growth center for technology units of Shahid Bahonar University.

Assigning Credit to Domestic Technology with the Support of the Research and Technology Fund

With the support of the vice president for science and technology affairs and the Iranian national science foundation, credits will be allocated to the newly established research and technology foundation of Kerman Province.

Support of the research and technology foundation of the province as an efficient model is carried out to create the proper foundation for innovative and technological entrepreneurship, which will pave the way for the development of domestic technological and knowledge-based businesses through accurate support and recognition of provincial technological activists.

Flourishing of Production with the Help of Technological Achievements of Park

The vice president for science and technology affairs attended a friendly meeting with technological and knowledge-based activists based in the science and technology park of Kerman.

The technologists and knowledge-based activists expressed their needs and concerns regarding the flourishing of knowledge-based products. The vice president for science and technology affairs emphasized the elimination of barriers to these businesses, facilitation of production process of technological services and products’ presentation and the necessity of cooperation between all parts involved in this area to facilitate the process.
